ציוריה האקספרסיביים של סיגל לויטס, מעלים מיידית היזכרות אסוציאטיבית ביצירותיו הידועות של מארק שאגל, המאופיינות בסגנון ציורי של עולם פנטסיה וחלום בייצוגו את העיירה היהודית ובדמויות המרחפות בקלילות וכן בפלטת צבעים עשירה.
כך גם אצל סיגל ישנה התמקדות בריחוף הקליל של מוטיבים חוזרים ונשנים, דוגמת שרשרת הבתים, העצים, הדגים והציפורים, כל אלה מרחפים ביצירותיה בחלל, כמחזה סוראליסטי המתבטא במשיכות מכחול נדיבות ומהירות, בציור רב שכבתי.
מחד סיגל נאחזת בסמלים המסמלים עבורה בטחון ושורשיות: הבית, העץ והפרח, ומאידך נקודת מבטה נעה כלפי מעלה, התנועתיות הרבה המתממשת על הבד מבטאת את רצונה לשחרור, להתחדשות, צמיחה ויציאה החוצה דרך חלונות הבית.
לצד בליל התפרצות צבעונית קסומה זו, מוצגות מספר יצירות של טבע דומם ובהן אגרטל ופרחים, שרפרף ותפוחים.
מכלול זה מייצג יצירות צבע שיש בהן מן היופי.

Sigal Levitas’s expressive paintings immediately remind one associatively of the famous works of Marc Chagall, characterized by a picturesque style of a fantasy and dream world, presenting the Jewish stetl and lightly hovering figures as well as a rich plate of colors.
In this manner Sigal also focuses on the light hovering of repeating motifs, such as the chain of houses, trees, fish and birds. All these are hovering in space in her works, as in a surrealistic play expressed in generous and quick brush strokes, in a multi-layered painting. On the one hand Sigal holds on to symbols which symbolize for her security and roots: the house, tree and flower, and on the other hand her point of view moves upwards; the great movement realized on the canvas expresses her desire for release, renewal, growth and exiting out of the house’s windows.
Alongside this mixture of magical and colorful explosion, a few works of still life with a vase of flowers, stools and apples are exhibited. This represents creations of color and beauty.
